Penguin Alley (México) operates penguinalley.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your options are. Short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

If you talk to Penny (our AI concierge) or email us, we store the conversation, and any contact details you choose to share — typically your name, email and company. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

One reason: to understand your inquiry and follow up about working together. Conversation transcripts let us prepare a useful brief before we reply.

Where it lives

Lead data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase (US region). The site runs on Vercel. Penny's replies are generated through OpenRouter; your messages are processed by the underlying AI provider to produce the response. New-lead alerts reach us through Telegram and email.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the processors named above, strictly to operate this site and respond to you.

Retention

We keep inquiry data while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Email hello@penguinalley.com to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within 30 days.

AI disclosure

Penny is an AI assistant, clearly labeled as such. Her conversations are reviewed by a human (Gera) before any business follow-up. She cannot make commitments on our behalf.
